My art is a journey of emotion, energy, and self-discovery, expressed through vibrant colors and dynamic compositions. Each piece begins with a uniquely layered abstract background—my signature style—serving as the backdrop for powerful imagery and emotional storytelling. I see my work not only as visual expression but also as a form of communication, inviting viewers to connect with the depth and feeling behind each brushstroke.
Versatility is central to my process. I move fluidly between delicate strokes and bold, expressive marks, blending textures, paint thickness, and charcoal to create dimensional layers that pulse with life. This interplay of softness and intensity allows me to capture both vulnerability and strength, reflecting the complexities of human experience.
Ultimately, I strive to create more than physical art—I aim to evoke an emotion.

I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life. I spent many years balancing family life with creative longing. My husband, a letter carrier and I a preschool teacher, raised four children —life full, loud, and meaningful.
For a long time, painting was something I did just for myself. It felt like a small act of care, a pause in the day, much like a candle-lit bubble bath. Over time, that private practice became essential.
My paintings are rooted in memory and stillness, drawn from familiar objects and gentle moments that often go unnoticed. I’m interested in what lingers—what we carry quietly with us long after a moment has passed. Through layered paint and restrained color, I try to hold space for reflection and calm.
Now, as a full-time artist, I paint with gratitude and intention. My hope is that each piece offers a sense of comfort and recognition, becoming something you can live with—returning to it again and again, finding a little quiet each time.
